Mandarin Reflex provides language-practice tools and educational feedback. It does not guarantee fluency, a native accent, examination performance, employment outcomes, or any other specific result.

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials, and avoid interfering with the service, automating abusive requests, attempting unauthorized access, sharing a personal subscription, or uploading content you do not have permission to use.

Checkout displays the price, billing interval, renewal terms, and applicable taxes before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect according to the date shown in Billing and does not by itself create a refund right.

You retain rights in material you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide, secure, and support the service. Mandarin Reflex content and software may be used only through the service and may not be copied, resold, or reverse engineered except where law permits.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Mandarin Reflex is provided without implied guarantees beyond mandatory consumer rights, and liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss and the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Material changes will be communicated before taking effect where required.
